Shipping

Solitude Coffee Roasters uses Sendle as ourpreferred shipping partner, who are a 100% carbon neutral shipping service and a certified B Corporation.  In addition our coffee ships in fully compostable plant based mailers, and the shipping labels are also compostable!  Unfortunately couriers are unable to deliver to post office boxes, so if you chose a PO box delivery address then your package will instead ship with Australia Post.  Regardless of your shipping method you will always be provided with a tracking number once your order has been completed.  Shipping is currently only available within Australia.

We only roast to order at Solitude Coffee, meaning your coffee will always be fresh.  All of our roasted coffee is packaged in a sealed bag with a one way valve which enables CO2 gas to escape while keeping your coffee fresh.  In the unlikely event that an order is submitted for a product which is unavailable we will contact you to advise and provide alternative options where possible.

Terms & Conditions

Once a purchase has been completed and shipped we are unable to modify the contents or the shipping address.

It is your responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address.  Should the address be incorrect or incomplete we are not obligated to resend the order contents at our expense.

It is your responsibility to advise Solitude Coffee Roasters if your order does not arrive.  Please do so via the Contact page on this web site.  Once we have been advised of an issue we will contact the shipping provider directly to attempt a resolution.  We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a late delivery or failed delivery.

Because roasted coffee is a fresh product we are not able to offer returns.
